SPECTRUM is Waterloo Region’s Rainbow Community Space with a variety of programs and services to offer. Spectrum offers Support Groups such as PFLAG (Parents, Family & Friends support supporting 2SLGBTQ), Transgender support groups that are well attended by trans women and other trans feminine folks, there is also a dedicated trans masculine group, Rainbow Multicultural Connect, Youth (18-25) Peer Support Group, Ace Space (Asexual or Aromantic spectrum support) along with social groups.

- Your healthcare provider can access trans health mentorship calls the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month
